- If the notification of cancellation is received by 5 working days (Mon to Fri) or more prior to the
check-in date, only bank transaction fee will be charged on the return payment. (depending on your

- If the notification of cancellation is received by 2-4 working days (Mon to Fri) prior to the check-in date,
50% OF ONE NIGHT ROOM RATE PER ROOM and any bank transaction fee will be charged on the
return payment. (depending on your country and your bank)
- If the notification of cancellation is received less than 48 hours of working days (Mon to Fri) prior to
check-in date or guest is failed to check-in on the comfirmed reservation date, ONE NIGHT ROOM RATE
PER ROOM and any bank transaction fee will be charged on the return payment. (depending on your
country and your bank)
